Color and treatment level affect price more than size alone — two rings of the same carat weight can differ significantly in cost depending on stone quality.
Bespoke pieces are priced individually once a specific stone and design are chosen and approved.
Emerald ranks 7.5–8 on the Mohs hardness scale — durable, but softer than sapphire or diamond. Always request an independent gemological certificate confirming the stone is natural and disclosing its treatment level.
View the ring in natural daylight to evaluate color accurately — jeweler spotlighting can make lower-quality stones appear more vivid than they are. Choose a protective setting suited to how often you plan to wear it.

Avoid ultrasonic and steam cleaners — they can damage natural fissures or strip the oil treatment most emeralds carry. Clean gently with a soft cloth and lukewarm water with mild soap if needed.
Keep emerald jewelry away from household chemicals, perfume, and prolonged heat or sunlight. Store each piece separately in a soft pouch. Have prong settings checked once a year — a loosened prong is the most common cause of a chipped or lost stone.
